Summer is the Season for Slack Blogging

It seems like I wait all year for school to end and things to slow down and then summer turns out to be even crazier than “normal.” This year is no exception - between family trips (camping for the 4th of July) and Scott’s 3rd corneal transplant I don’t know whether I’m coming or going most days.

The boys are growing like weeds. I see the time rapidly approaching in the not-too-distant-future where they’ll be taller than me. Well, where Breydon and Jude will be taller than me - Roegen may be frozen as the shortest person in his age/grade for life.

Scott’s surgery was last week and went very well. After it was over he could already see the “big E” on the eye chart - a huge improvement from how things were before.

When things slow down a bit, I’ll be back to blogging more. In the meantime - no news is good news.
